How does it attach to my balcony?
It comes with hooks that clip onto most railings. You can also use cable ties or adhesive hooks. No drilling needed.
Does it work outside in the rain?
Yes. The lights are made for outdoor use and handle rain and snow. Keep the USB plug and charger somewhere dry, like inside the door.
Which app does it use and is it free?
It uses a free Bluetooth app for iPhone and Android. You can also use the remote control that comes in the box.
Can I really show my own text and drawings?
Yes. Type any message or draw with your finger in the app and it plays on the curtain. Keep in mind it is a grid of 400 lights, so designs look like glowing pixel art, bold and simple works best.
Which size should I choose?
Measure your railing. The 2 m fits most small balconies. The 3 m covers wider railings and gives designs more room.
When will it arrive?
Orders ship in 1 to 3 days and arrive in about 7 to 12 days after that, with tracking. Order by 8 December for Christmas delivery.
What if it arrives faulty or I change my mind?
You have 30 days to return it. If anything stops working, write to us and we send a replacement part or a new set.
