Refund policy

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to ask for a return. This covers and goes beyond the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU and UK law.

How to return

1. Email support@lumenestlights.com with your order number and tell us you want to return it.
2. We reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Send the item back unused, with all parts and in its original packaging.

Please don't send anything back before contacting us, as parcels sent without instructions can't be traced.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. We refund the full price of the item, and refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

Faulty or damaged items

If your lights arrive damaged or stop working, send us a short photo or video at support@lumenestlights.com. We send a replacement part (for example the controller or power cable) or a new set at no cost, or refund you if you prefer. You don't need to send the faulty item back unless we ask for it.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships.
