Products and prices

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours and light effects can look slightly different on screen and in photos than in real life, and designs on the lights are made of individual LEDs, so they appear as pixel art. Prices are shown in the currency of the store and may change without notice; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. In that case you receive a full refund.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery times, returns and refunds follow our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

Use of the product

Follow the instructions included with the lights. Keep the USB plug and power adapter in a dry place and use a certified USB power source.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
