Free tracked shipping

Every order ships for free with tracking to Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.

When will my order arrive?

• Processing: 1 to 3 business days after you order.
• Delivery: usually 7 to 12 business days after dispatch.

Orders ship from our international fulfilment partner. As soon as your order leaves the warehouse you get an email with the tracking link.

Christmas delivery

To receive your order before Christmas, please order by 8 December. Carriers get very busy in December, so a few extra days of delay can happen even with tracking.

Something wrong with your delivery?

If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, or the parcel shows as delivered and you can't find it, write to us at support@lumenestlights.com and we will sort it out.
